• The group will ensure that children and young people with disabilities have a voice and participate fully in decisions.
• The group will ensure the participation of children and young people with disabilities in accordance with the Young People's Charter of Participation.
• The group will focus on the social inclusion of all young disabled children in society, with particular regard to transition, children's rights, human rights, recreational activities, arts, music and leisure.
• The group will be a place where children and young people with any disability, support or additional need can feel free to express themselves fully and know their voice will be heard.
• The group will act as consultants, as we are in the best position to advise organisations on the services they provide.
• The group will support each other and share personal experiences in order to build other member's knowledge.
• The We R Able 2 Group will treat everyone equally, no matter what their age, disability, sexual orientation, minority, ethnic group, or family situation.

• To ensure that children and young people with disabilities in Wirral have the chance to be included in local community arts, music, sports and recreational activities.
• To ensure that children and young people with disabilities in Wirral have a voice, and participate fully in decisions.
• We R Able 2 deserve to be listened to by the people who provide services.
